What information do we collect?

NSW Health routinely collects data on:

Deaths - cause, home address, postcode

Hospital admissions - as for deaths

Hospital attendances - available for some hospitals

Notifiable conditions - includes elevated blood lead

Health survey - telephone reports of symptoms

Birth defects

Cancer
